77fe Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 77fe account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 77fe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Access to and use of 77fe is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 77fe platform is lawful in your location within Pakistan or elsewhere. 77fe makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction. Persons accessing 77fe from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk.

1.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one 77fe account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different details – is strictly prohibited. 77fe may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any bets or transactions associated with them.

2.1 Credential Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77fe login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 77fe staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact support via the platform's live chat.

2.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. 77fe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security practices were not followed by the account holder.

2.3 KYC Verification. 77fe may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by 77fe may result in account restriction or closure.

2.4 Account Currency. All 77fe accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.

3.1 Deposit Methods. Deposits may be made using payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name only. Accepted methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may change from time to time.

3.2 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not belonging to the registered account holder are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the funds returned. Repeated violations may result in account closure.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 77fe reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the cashier section.

3.4 Disputed Transactions. If you believe a transaction on your 77fe account is incorrect, you must notify support within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. 77fe will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. Any bonus, free bet, free spin, or promotional credit ("Bonus") offered by 77fe is subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, these general Terms apply. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page. 77fe reserves the right to void winnings and remove bonus funds if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated period.

4.3 Abuse of Promotions. 77fe reserves the right to withhold or remove any Bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the Bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or any strategy deemed by 77fe to be abusive. The determination of bonus abuse rests solely with 77fe.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game on the 77fe platform operates under its own rules, which are accessible from the game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules apply in respect of that game only.

5.2 Technical Malfunctions. 77fe is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, server errors, or disconnections beyond its reasonable control. In cases of verified malfunction, 77fe may void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

5.3 Bet Acceptance. 77fe reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not accepted from persons under 18 or from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

5.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, Tests), football, and other events are subject to specific market rules available within the betting section. Odds are subject to change. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system confirmation – a bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued.

6.1 Entertainment Purpose. Gambling on 77fe is intended as entertainment only. It is not a source of income and should not be treated as such. 77fe actively encourages all players to set personal limits and to take breaks from play.

6.2 Player Tools. 77fe provides the following responsible gaming tools within account settings: (a) Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) Loss limits; (c) Session time reminders; (d) Cooling-off periods; (e) Self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge and take effect promptly upon activation. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

6.3 Self-Exclusion. Players wishing to exclude themselves from 77fe may request self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting support via live chat. Self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum period of six months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, 77fe will take reasonable steps to prevent account access and will not send promotional communications.

6.4 Age Verification. 77fe takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. 18+ Age verification is required for all accounts. If 77fe has reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings during the suspended period may be withheld.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77fe platform:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts registered in other names or via third parties.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or misrepresentation of payment ownership.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or any form of match-fixing on sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false identity or age information.
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards 77fe staff.

77fe reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8.1 Suspension by 77fe. 77fe may suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so for compliance reasons. Where an account is suspended, 77fe will notify the account holder and explain the steps required to reinstate the account, if reinstatement is possible.

8.2 Balance on Closure. Upon legitimate account closure (not resulting from breach of Terms or fraud), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on record, subject to completed KYC and pending wagering requirements on any bonus funds.

8.3 Closure by Player. You may request to close your 77fe account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is subject to clause 6.3 above.

9.1 No Warranty. The 77fe platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77fe makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

9.2 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77fe shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or service interruption.

9.3 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. Decisions to place bets or wagers are made at your sole discretion and risk. 77fe is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform.

77fe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, 77fe will notify registered account holders via the email address on record or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of 77fe following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
